For men considering testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), the goal is usually not to achieve the highest testosterone number possible. The goal is to find an appropriate hormonal range that supports symptoms, health, and quality of life while minimizing unnecessary risks.

Testosterone and Energy: Why the Relationship Is Not Linear

  2. Evaluating symptoms in the context of overall health.
  3. Investigating other potential causes of fatigue or low libido.
  4. Using an individualized treatment plan when therapy is appropriate.
