Returns on Supplements

We accept returns on unopened bottles of supplements within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The supplement bottle must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the refund is approved, ship all treatments to this address for proper discarding: 7111 Dixie Hwy Suite #267, Village of Clarkston, MI 48346

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned supplement bottle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following:

• Prescribed treatments
• Telemedicine services provided by our team
• Opened or used bottles of supplements
