After your lab results are reviewed by our medical team, treatment orders typically take about 10-14 business days to be processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the specific treatment ordered.

Yes, your membership is billed monthly.
Payment drafts for memberships are on the 1st or the 16th of each month.
- If the original sign-up happens between the 1st and 15th, the next payment will run on the 1st of the following month, each month after.
- If the original sign-up happens on the 16th or later in the month, the next payment will be processed on the 16th of the following month, and each subsequent month after.
You can cancel through our membership change here. If you cancel, you may take advantage of membership perks for approximately 1 month following your last payment.
