Your plan is not static. We monitor your symptoms, laboratory results, progress, and treatment response to continually optimize your care. When medication or hormone therapy is appropriate, our team works to find the most effective dose, timing, and protocol for your needs. Ongoing coaching, education, and accountability help you apply the plan consistently, while follow-up testing and clinical oversight allow us to adjust it as your body and goals change.
