We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Sales Representative to speak with prospective members, understand their goals, explain our programs, and guide qualified leads through our onboarding process.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound leads by phone, email, text, and video
  • Conduct consultative sales calls
  • Explain membership options, pricing, and the onboarding process
  • Follow up consistently with prospective members
  • Maintain accurate notes and lead stages in our customer relationship management system
  • Meet monthly enrollment and conversion goals
  • Coordinate with onboarding and member support teams
  • Follow all privacy, compliance, and communication policies
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of consultative sales or enrollment experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for the sale
  • Organized, reliable, and confident with follow-up
  • Experience using a customer relationship management platform
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Interest in functional health, wellness, fitness, or performance medicine

Functional Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

  • Support hormone health, weight management, metabolic health, gut health, and longevity goals
  • Prescribe and monitor treatments within clinical guidelines
  • Document care accurately and maintain compliance standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, health coaches, and member support teams

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
  • National board certification
  • Current prescribing authority
  • Experience in functional, integrative, preventive, or performance medicine preferred
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Experience with hormone and metabolic health preferred
  • Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working remotely
  • Additional state licenses are a plus

Functional Health Coach

Responsibilities

  • Lead one-on-one coaching sessions
  • Support nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and lifestyle goals

  • Track progress and document coaching notes
  • Collaborate with providers and member support teams
  • Maintain professional and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Health coaching, nutrition, fitness, or related certification
  • Two or more years of coaching or wellness experience
  • Strong communication and behavior-change skills
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working remotely
  • Experience with functional health, hormone health, weight management, or gut health preferred

  • Develop personalized treatment and wellness plans
  • Support patients with hormone health, weight management, metabolic health, gut health, and longevity goals
  • Prescribe and manage treatment within clinical guidelines
  • Document care accurately and maintain compliance standards
  • Collaborate with health coaches and member support teams

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted medical license
  • Board-certified or board-eligible physician
  • Experience in functional, integrative, preventive, or performance medicine preferred
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
